Montefiore Conca is hosting one of the tastiest events of the summer, dedicated to one of the symbols of Romagna’s culinary tradition: the passatello.

In this charming medieval village, amongst narrow streets and panoramic views, a recipe is celebrated that tells the story and reflects the identity of the region. The passatello, prepared in the traditional way with simple, wholesome ingredients, will take centre stage during an evening dedicated to authentic flavours.
